Iran Khodro Co. (IKCO) was founded in 1962, under the name of “Iran National”. Over the years, IKCO has developed its capabilities and has become the biggest industrial group in Iran that performs industrial activities and services in the automotive sector in both passenger and commercial vehicles. Determined to be a world-class car manufacturer, IKCO founded its own R&D, engine development, and test centers, together with latest technology of production machinery, equipment and facilities, which were established in cooperation with European leading countries in automotive industry including Germany and France.
Since 2003 IKCO has exported passenger cars to more than 40 countries mainly located in CIS, Middle East, North Africa and East Europe regions. IKCO cars have been warmly welcomed in countries such as Russia, Belarus, Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Venezuela, Azerbaijan, etc.
Export of automotive parts and casting parts is among other major overseas activities of IKCO. Developing export is a strategic prospect for IKCO, which is another sign of movement of the company in the path of internationalization and its promotion as a regional company and even an international entity.

IKCO’s After Sales Services Network

In order to provide after sales services and give support to IKCO customers, IKCO currently has 675 3-S dealers in its domestic distribution network. The main activities of IKCO in After Sales Services field are as follows:

  • Training Domestic and Overseas dealerships network human resources at both technical and Staff levels

  • Technical and specialized support of dealers on Network Standardization, special tools, repair shops equipment, updating diagnostic tools (software and hardware) and implementation of recall campaigns

  • Network Development appropriate with the number of available vehicles in each Region

  • Customizing Warranty Policies to adapt regionally required services

  • Marketing and recognizing the need of target markets and exact request of customers in different regions
